Information We Collect

  1. Information is needed to use and operate the godusi platmorn. We ask for and collect necessary information when you use the godusi Platform. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with the most optimal experience. This information includes:
    1. Contact Information, Account, Profile Information : First name, last name, date of birth, address, phone number,  email address, and profile photo.
    2. Additional Profile Information. Such as gender, preferred language(s), city, and personal description. Some of this information as indicated in your account settings is part of your public profile page and will be publicly visible.
  2. Information you choose to give us. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information in order to obtain a better user experience when using the godusi Platform. This additional information will be processed with your permission.
    1. Identity Verification and Payment Information : Images of your government issued ID (as permitted by applicable laws), your ID number, bank account or payment account information.
    2. Other Information. Such as when you fill in a form, add information to your account, respond to surveys, post to community forums, communicate with our customers, care team and other Members, or share your experience with us.

  1. To assist in facilitating bookings and other interactions between members of the community we may share your information with other members of the community as it is a necessity to maintain the performance of the godusi platform.
    1. When a guest submits a booking request, information such as : your full name and other information is shared with the host.
    2. When a host has confirmed a booking, information such as : specific location of the experience and other information is shared with the user.
  2. Public information
    1. The godusi platform allows the publication of personal information that is visible to the general public.
      1. Public profile page : including first name, personal bio, city, and more.
      2. Listing pages : approximate or precise location, photos, and more.
      3. After completion of a booking both parties have the option to write reviews and create ratings for each other. These reviews and ratings may be displayed on other locations of the godusi platform.
      4. Any information that is self-published in public areas is available to be seen by the general public.
  3. Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protection of Rights
    1. The godusi platform may release personal information to law enforcement, courts, government agencies, or authorized third parties, if is required or permitted by law or deemed reasonably necessary.

Log Data

  1. Whenever you visit the godusi platform, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages of our platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Children's Privacy

  1. Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
